HII Ingalls’ Strategic Planning Organization is seeking an effective proactive professional to support development, vetting, and execution of Ingalls’ strategy. Successful candidate will

  • monitor, analyze, and report on the warship building industry including navy requirements, budgets and programs, warfighting and production technology

  • monitor congressional authorization and appropriation processes

  • monitor competitor strategy and performance

  • support competitive analysis including price-to-win and black hat events

  • perform research and analysis for capture managers in support of their capture efforts and HII’s lobbying efforts

  • coordinate financial forecast for annual operating plan

  • develop position papers to advance HII priorities

  • develop and maintain a database of strategic planning -developed content and other market research
