Specific job description:
The selected candidate will lead the day-to-day responsibilities and tactics of the Talent Acquisition full cycle team by managing and developing the team. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business units and other key stakeholders. Partners with and provides recruitment training and guidance to hiring managers to ensure talent recruitment and selection is a top priority. Enforces compliance with policies and procedures from government agencies and/or regulations. Ensures the talent acquisition process is delivered consistently across the organization and results in top talent being hired. Analyzes recruiting metrics and identifies/interprets trends to ensure recruitment strategies are effective as well as make recommendations for effectiveness. Manage the company's Reasonable Accommodation committee. In addition to managing the full cycle team, the selected candidate will also be responsible for actively filling openings as needed. Manages other special projects as needed. Must be able to travel to recruiting and professional conferences as required.

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or the equivalent in education, training and experience, plus a minimum of 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience. Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience.
