External Job Description:
Designs, develops, and implements methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured. Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate datasets. Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies.
Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction. Recommends, implements, and plans for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system. Provides retrieval ability to produce employee information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other employee-related reports as required. Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation. May support several functional applications.

Experience with Quality data including SAP modules, Cognos, etc. used at NNS
Experience working with databases including SQL, Access, etc. and writing code and queries
Experience identifying appropriate quality control/quality assurance data streams, data cleansing, automating data gathering, and implementing standardization and classification on data sets.
Experience with connecting databases with Microsoft Power BI or other business intelligence software.
Ability to develop and maintain documentation on database usage and data workflows.
Role will require managing one or more projects, including developing project plans and meeting deliverables.
Role will require involving stakeholders in gathering requirements and development plan, providing briefings to management, and interacting with IT data warehouse team.
