External Job Description:

Responsible for the review, assessment and transformation of business processes in an effort to help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective manner:

Identifies opportunities to improve business processes through technology, system, and non-system driven changes

Documents as-is and to-be business functions and processes, including business needs and objectives, inputs and outputs, required permission sets, etc

Develops and maintains business capability and system functionality roadmaps

Researches and prepares benchmark studies and consolidate information into cohesive and understandable forms for use in decision-making

Leads the preparation of proposals, including scopes and estimates, to develop or enhance systems and/or operational changes and workflows

Acts as a liaison between end-users, enterprise and solution architects, consultants, project teams, and other entities as initiatives migrate through phases from ideation to implementation

Represents the customer's functional and technical solution requirements to all applicable stakeholders

Defines system implementation approach and operational concept, ensuring requirements are met and evaluated in conjunction with business stakeholders

Develops and fosters collaborative working relationships with all parties

Assists in developing an overall change management strategy for given initiative

Assists with capturing and measuring the value received from actual changes
